Go to Wallet
Click the Wallet icon in the navigation or go to Settings > Wallet.
Click Deposit
Select the Deposit tab to view your unique deposit address.
Copy Your Address
For crypto: copy your deposit address. For card: follow the Stripe checkout flow.
Send USDC
Send USDC from your wallet or exchange to the copied address.
Wait for Confirmation
Deposits are typically confirmed in 1-2 minutes. You'll receive a notification when complete.
Withdraw your funds anytime. Crypto withdrawals are sent to your Polygon wallet address. Withdrawals are processed automatically.
Go to Wallet
Navigate to your wallet and click on the Withdraw tab.
Enter Amount
Enter the amount you wish to withdraw. Minimum withdrawal is $10.
Enter Destination
Paste your wallet address where you want to receive your funds.
Verify with 2FA
If you have 2FA enabled, enter your verification code to confirm.

Review the details and confirm. Withdrawals are usually processed within minutes.

Deposits usually confirm within 1-2 minutes. For crypto deposits, check that you sent USDC on the Polygon network (not Ethereum mainnet). Card deposits via Stripe are usually instant. Contact support if it's been over 30 minutes.
Withdrawals are processed automatically but may take longer during high network activity. Large withdrawals may require additional verification.
Once a withdrawal is submitted and processing, it cannot be cancelled. Only submit withdrawal requests when you're sure.
