By accessing or using PredictBet Pro, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use our services. You must not be located in a jurisdiction where prediction market trading is prohibited.
You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
All trades are final once executed. Market resolution is determined by our resolution committee based on predefined rules. We reserve the right to void or cancel markets in cases of manipulation or extraordinary circumstances.
Trading on prediction markets involves significant risk. You may lose some or all of your invested capital. Past performance is not indicative of future results. Only trade with funds you can afford to lose.
You may not engage in market manipulation, create multiple accounts, use automated trading without authorization, or participate in any activity that undermines the integrity of our markets.
PredictBet Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the platform.
PredictBet Pro reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason, including but not limited to: (a) violation of these Terms of Service; (b) suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity; (c) provision of false, misleading, or inaccurate information; (d) failure to comply with applicable laws or regulations; (e) prolonged account inactivity; or (f) at our sole discretion for any other reason. Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease. You may request account closure at any time by contacting support. Upon account closure or termination, any pending trades may be canceled, and remaining account balances will be handled in accordance with our withdrawal procedures, subject to applicable legal holds or regulatory requirements. Terminated accounts may not be reinstated, and you may be prohibited from creating new accounts.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, PREDICTBET PRO DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE PLATFORM OR THE SERVERS THAT MAKE IT AVAILABLE ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES OR REPRESENTATIONS REGARDING THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT, INFORMATION, OR RESULTS OBTAINED THROUGH THE PLATFORM. YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM IS AT YOUR SOLE RISK. NO ADVICE OR INFORMATION, WHETHER ORAL OR WRITTEN, OBTAINED FROM PREDICTBET PRO OR THROUGH THE PLATFORM SHALL CREATE ANY WARRANTY NOT EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PredictBet Pro, its parent company, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, suppliers, and any third-party information providers from and against all claims, demands, losses, expenses, damages, costs, and liabilities, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of or related to: (a) your use of or access to the platform; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights; (d) your violation of any applicable law, rule, or regulation; (e) any content or information you submit, post, or transmit through the platform; (f) your trading activities and any disputes arising therefrom; or (g) any other party's access to or use of the platform with your account credentials. This indemnification obligation shall survive the termination of your account and these Terms of Service.
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the platform, or any transactions conducted through the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Subject to the arbitration provisions below, you agree that any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware, and you hereby consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts. Notwithstanding the foregoing, PredictBet Pro may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or confidential information.
PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING YOUR RIGHT TO FILE A LAWSUIT IN COURT. You and PredictBet Pro agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, your use of the platform, or any transactions conducted through the platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that either party may seek equitable relief in court for infringement or misuse of intellectual property rights. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules. The arbitration shall take place in Wilmington, Delaware, or at another mutually agreed location. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding, and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. YOU AND PREDICTBET PRO AGREE THAT EACH MAY BRING CLAIMS AGAINST THE OTHER ONLY IN YOUR OR ITS INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. The arbitrator may not consolidate more than one person's claims and may not preside over any form of class or representative proceeding. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending written notice to legal@predictbet.pro within thirty (30) days of first accepting these Terms.
PredictBet Pro reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms of Service at any time in its sole discretion. When we make material changes, we will notify you by: (a) updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms; (b) sending an email notification to the address associated with your account; and/or (c) posting a prominent notice on our platform. Material changes will become effective thirty (30) days after we post the updated Terms or send notification, unless otherwise specified. Non-material changes will become effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the modified Terms, you must discontinue using the platform and close your account. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. We recommend checking this page regularly to stay informed about any changes.
